- Added IMPROVED version of OLD Whisper window.

- Bravery Cape is now free until Level 40, after Level 40 it will require 2500 Yang multiplied by how many levels you are above 40.
- Restart instant & Restart with coward mode will now requrie 2,000,000 Yang.
- You can now enter at Kingdoms War Event from level 30.
