Fixes & Changes:

• - Fixed an issue at Beran-Setaou dungeon, stones appeared even after destroying them in the map.

• - Reduced the change channel cooldown from 5s to 2s because we added 5s at the last maintenance to test something.

• - You can't open a player's offline shop from Whisper button anymore.

• - Fixed the wrong bonuses given by the Hunter Necklace.

• - Changed Elemental Shield bonuses from Strong vs. Stones & Strong vs Bosses to Strong vs. All(PvM) and Skill damage...
